Hello, I'm Pascal, a freelance website designer and developer from Quebec, Canada, who specialises in providing affordable and quality web site consulting, design and front-end development services to individuals, small businesses, and organizations since 2006.

I graduated in IT from Cegep de Trois-Rivieres in 1999 and University Laval in 2002 and worked with various organizations in IT since 1999. My broad range of IT skills, which includes a background in design work, allows me to undertake complete web development projects for individual clients. I completed a MBA in 2008, and my current work is management consulting. However, I like taking on web development project in my spare times.
